The mission of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity is to build and support Chapters at colleges and universities, which attract quality undergraduate members for the purpose of uniting in brotherhood to advance service, charity, truth, justice, wisdom, and brotherhood as ideals to be incorporated into daily life. To foster ZBT’s ideals, it is necessary to create and maintain a safe, non-pledging, non-hazing, academically oriented and social environment. We recognize that this fraternity has a clear and special obligation to its Jewish heritage and non-sectarian tradition. Further, this mission does not end with graduation from college but extends throughout one’s lifetime as we commit to the life-long friendships started as a member of the Fraternity.
Parents of undergraduate members of Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity play an important role in assisting us with our efforts to accomplish this mission. Your involvement in the creation of and/or support of a local Chapter/Colony Parents Club will best assist us in our efforts to provide your son with the best opportunity for a quality (safe, non-pledging, non-hazing, academically oriented and social) fraternity experience.
