Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, Inc. (ZBT) is committed to respecting and maintaining the privacy of all users of its website. We release personally identifiable information only to Zeta Beta Tau Foundation, Inc. The number of people who have seen and clicked on advertisements, sponsor materials, websites, or links is also shared with ZBT partners and sponsors. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed to any third party as a result of this process. Such data allows ZBT to know which web pages are the most popular, and allows ZBT to provide an effective forum for our partners and sponsors. ZBT will provide information concerning any member, visitor or topics and messages as required by law, court order, or as requested by other government or law enforcement authority. We also reserve the right to release information concerning a member who we believe is in violation of our content guidelines or the Terms And Conditions Of Use, even without a subpoena, warrant or other court order, although we have no obligation to do so. We will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our servers for illegal activities. How Else Can I Protect My Privacy?

  • Please remember that any information that is disclosed on ZBT's website is public information. ZBT does not control the acts of its members and visitors. Accordingly, that information may be collected and used by others to send unsolicited email messages from parties outside ZBT. ZBT cannot prevent information gathering robots called harvesters from traversing our domain, but in an effort to curtail unsolicited email, we do our best to block these harvesters.
