This year’s Regional Conclaves will address all aspects of chapter development and management including:  ritual, recruiting men who live ZBT’s values, THE JOURNEY, building a strong brotherhood, risk management, tools to help each chapter become a powerhouse, and alumni engagement.  An added feature of the longer program is the inclusion of mentor meetings with a Fraternity staff member or volunteer to talk about chapter goals, the chapter standards program, and to develop an action plan for the coming year.
