SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. Fraternity requires the individual to commit himself and accept his responsibility to participate.
INTEGRITY. Fraternity generates a standard of personal integrity - a framework for the individual to maintain honesty, exhibit loyalty and retain a sense of self-discipline.
BROTHERLY LOVE. Fraternity inspires and expresses the interrelation of the individual with his fellows, his pride in the institution and respect for the wisdom of its tradition.

The Fraternity and the Foundation are both fortunate to have well-qualified and passionate staff who serve in the best interests of our undergraduates and alumni. Laurence A. Bolotin
Executive Director

Laurence grew up in South Florida and joined ZBT in 1998 at the Alpha Zeta (Florida) Chapter. Prior to becoming Executive Director of ZBT he served as the Executive Vice-President for the United States Junior Chamber of Commerce in addition to prior roles at ZBT including Associate Executive Director and Director of Chapter Affairs. Laurence’s passion for ZBT dates back to his experience in his undergraduate chapter and life-changing opportunities that came along with it. His leadership experience at Florida inspired him to pursue a graduate degree with a focus in student affairs and higher education administration. Prior to coming to work for ZBT in 2005 he spent time working at The University of Texas and California State University- San Marcos. When not working hard, Laurence tries to enjoy all of the amenities that Indianapolis has to offer along with exploring more of the world outside of the United States. |

Libby is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority where she serves as National Vice President of Programming, a lead facilitator for programs of the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), member of the Fraternity and Sorority Assessment Coalition Project, a member and volunteers for both the Fraternity Executives Association and the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors.
Additionally, Libby has been awarded the Jack L. Anson Award for Interfraternity Excellence from Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity and the Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors. Libby is a graduate University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Educational Studies in Family and Consumer Science Education and Indiana State University with a Master of Science degree in Student Affairs Administration. |

Nate Fox

Nate Fox was born and raised in Colorado. He is a graduate from the University of Colorado and an alumnus of the Beta Alpha Theta Chapter. Nate held various leadership positions while an undergraduate brother with Beta Alpha Theta that includes recruitment chair, co-philanthropy chair, ritual chair, and two-term President.
He has also been involved on the national level of the Fraternity as an undergraduate supreme councilor for two years as well as an intern for the national office. He has a degree in History and a minor in Political Science. |

Brian A. Hoffman

Brian attended Tulane University in New Orleans beginning in August 2005. While there, he became a Brother of Sigma Chapter and served in a variety of leadership roles in the Chapter and the Greek community including President of the Chapter and Greek Liaison to the Student Body. He graduated in May 2009 from Tulane with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor Spanish. Brian joined the ZBT Staff in June 2009 as an Expansion and Leadership Consultant. |

Christopher Litvack

Christopher was born and raised in Northbrook, a suburb of Chicago. After high school, he attended the University of Illinois as a member of chapter Rho, where he held the position of Brotherhood Development Director. He received a degree in History with a focus on ancient cultures and politics.
After college, Christopher traveled to Thailand to teach English as a second language and earned a TEFL degree. Upon his return to the States, he joined the ZBT staff and will be serving as a liaison for current colonies as well as bringing ZBT to new colleges and universities across the country. |

Sam was born and raised in Wayne, New Jersey. He attended the University of Rhode Island where he was a member of the Rho Iota Chapter of ZBT. While in ZBT Sam served as the Athletics Chairman, Secretary and Education Chairman. He graduated from URI with a degree in both Secondary Education and History and one day hope to teach history and coach at the high school level. |

Courtney

Courtney was born in Pennsylvania and raised in
Columbus, IN. After high school, she attended Purdue University and
became a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. While at Purdue she was
involved with the Equestrian team and took a minor in Animal Science.
Courtney graduated in May 2010 with a Communications degree, and she
joined the ZBT staff shortly after that. In her spare time she likes
to horseback ride, visit her family, and travel. |

Patsy Faulkner

Patsy has been on the ZBT staff since the National Office moved to Indianapolis in 1995. She has enjoyed working for ZBT - especially talking to all the alumni and undergraduates. Pasty was born in Mexico but was raised in the States since she was nine months old, and has lived in Indiana most her life.
She has two daughters, one who is a student at Michigan State University and other one is a senior in high school. Patsy graduated from Ricks College (now known as BYU-Idaho) with a degree in office education. In her spare time she loves to read, do crafts, watch movies, but most of all she loves to hang out with her kids. |

Kathy has been on staff since the ZBT Headquarters moved form New York to Indianapolis. She has enjoyed her time here at ZBT, especially getting to know all the brothers. In 2003, Kathy went to part-time hours because she and her husband built a log home in Southern Indiana. In her spare time she loves spending time in the country with her husband and their two dogs. |
