Zeta Beta Tau - A Powerhouse of Excellence

Zeta Beta Tau - Expansion and Leadership Consultants

You think being an undergraduate brother of ZBT was fun and rewarding? You haven’t seen anything yet…

ZBT is searching North America for our most talented graduating seniors and young alumni to serve the Fraternity in the role of Expansion and Leadership Consultants. Positions are available both immediately and for spring 2009 graduates. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates who have experienced, first-hand, everything that a fraternity can offer a young man to help prepare him for the rest of his life. We are looking for young alumni who had experience leading their chapter in a variety of roles.

Some of the things that an Expansion and Leadership Consultant might expect:

  • Network and schmooze with successful alumni from across North America
  • Utilize your knowledge gained as an undergraduate leader to mentor current and future leasers of the fraternity
  • Help recruit top caliber men on North American college campuses to start a new chapter of ZBT where we currently are not represented
  • Consult with existing chapters and colonies of ZBT in all areas pertaining to running a successful organization
  • Represent the Fraternity at fun, educational and personal development conferences across North America in both a fraternity/sorority environment and within the Jewish community
  • Travel the country and visit places you have never been while visiting friends and family in places that your typical office job would never allow time for

As if this isn’t good enough, we also provide our Expansion and Leadership Consultants with a fraternity-owned vehicle, a laptop, a cell phone, and all work-related expenses paid while on business for the Fraternity. And, when you add in our competitive starting salary, full health insurance, and paid time off…well, let’s just say you may have found your dream job.

Employment within ZBT can not only lead to higher levels of responsibility within the Fraternity, but also prepares you for both non-profit and corporate jobs. It’s terrific experience for those interested in gaining some experience before starting graduate school.
