Recruitment Resources

Recruitment is the lifeblood of the Fraternity. Without recruitment, our organization would cease to exist. It is vital that all of our groups are as knowledgeable as possible when it comes to recruiting so they can reach out to as many men on campus as possible. ZBT offers many programs that can assist you with recruitment and we urge your chapter to take advantage of these resources. Every colony/chapter has a staff liaison that is able to offer personalized recruitment assistance to each group. We are able to do conference calls to better assist our groups in effectively recruiting.

We also offer any colony/chapter a "recruitment mentor," if they would like one. We assign each group a mentor who is an alumnus of our organization that has some expertise in recruitment. We ask these mentors to be in regular contact with their groups and even in some cases, do onsite visits. If your colony/chapter would like a recruitment mentor, please email us at zbt@zbtnational.org.

One way that we assist our colonies/chapters is by providing them with recruitment recommendations. If you know of any men that will be attending a school where ZBT is located, we would greatly appreciate you passing the students information along so we can contact them.
