SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. Fraternity requires the individual to commit himself and accept his responsibility to participate.
INTEGRITY. Fraternity generates a standard of personal integrity - a framework for the individual to maintain honesty, exhibit loyalty and retain a sense of self-discipline.
BROTHERLY LOVE. Fraternity inspires and expresses the interrelation of the individual with his fellows, his pride in the institution and respect for the wisdom of its tradition.

Zeta Beta Tau - Undergraduate Supreme Council Liaisons
For decades, undergraduates of ZBT have had the opportunity to apply to become a voting member of the Supreme Council while still an undergraduate in their chapter. ZBT believes strongly in the involvement of undergraduates in the governance of the organization and commits five voting councilor spots to undergraduate members. The position of "Undergraduate Supreme Councilor" is highly sought after and is awarded to those that stand out as the best and brightest of our undergraduate members. To be considered for a position, undergraduates must come from a chartered chapter and have leadership experience in their chapter.

Each undergraduate supreme councilor serves as a liaison to a group of chapters and colonies. The undergraduate councilor is there to serve as a mentor to his peers while assisting them in reaching their goals as officers. The experience is highly rewarding and introduces our undergraduate supreme councilors to valuable skills in mentoring, leadership development and networking.

Returning for their second year as an undergraduate supreme councilor

Michael Glick is currently a senior in the Alpha Delta Chapter at the University of Southern California. As an undergraduate Brother Glick defines his college career by his involvement with ZBT. "ZBT has provided me with direction, opportunities for growth and leadership, lifelong friends and mentors, and most importantly, brotherhood," says Glick. Brother Glick has served his chapter as a Brotherhood Development Director, Recruitment Chairman, House Manager, Alumni Chairman, and as Vice President for Finance. Nathan Fox is currently a senior in Beta Alpha Theta at the University of Colorado- Boulder. His involvement in ZBT includes serving as a two-term president and recruitment chairman. "The leader I am today is due in large part to my great experience in ZBT," says Fox. Adam Glass is a junior in Chapter Rho at the University of Illinois. Brother Glass has been involved in multiple areas within his chapter which have helped him to become a better leader. "I have had the opportunity to make and maintain some of the strongest bonds of friendship I have encountered in my life," says Brother Glass. Brandon Gort is a junior and currently serves as the president of the Eta Kappa Chapter at Towson University. "Coming to school, I wasn’t sure if joining a fraternity was for me, but I was completely wrong, Brother Gort said. Since ZBT was only a year old on my campus when I joined I had the chance to be a big part of the things we could accomplish. Adam Diamond is a junior in the Psi Chapter at the University of Alabama. Brother Diamond currently serves as the Brotherhood Development Director for the Chapter and has also served as the Assistant Recruitment Chairman and House Manager. Originally from Hunstville, Alabama, Adam joins his brother, Harrison, as a member of Psi Chapter. "I am excited to be serving you as a supreme councilor," says Diamond.
